Miva Homes was established when we discovered we can turn any property from nothing into something and we felt we needed to share our capabilities. We started out with an investment company focused on rental properties. While renovating rentals it became obvious that we were most excited when we were creating a beautiful space for someone to live. Now we dedicate more time to home renovations, while keeping a property here or there. Our goal is to bring the excitement we have about renovations to others.
